Each episode dives into the story and perspective of these movement-artists to discuss their journey, how their craft has impacted their lives, and what they've learned along the way. The world of movement holds countless paths, and each of these paths is a gateway to a life of growth, fulfillment, expression, possibility and seemingly infinite-discovery. No matter which art or discipline one may choose, to explore movement inherently requires the practitioner to actively and intentionally engage in the connection between their mind, body and environment; consequently experiencing the relationship between thoughts, action, and reality. This is where we can discover the experience of life at its core.
